New construction has plagued the neighbourhood for multiple years with improper and dangerous signage for both pedestrians and drivers.

Construction so far has created local noise with watermain upgrades, the university subway line, and the finch west LRT. Soon, as new private condominiums come up, we will face noise, dust, and confusing signage again. Particularly from cars with loud exhaust modifications on residential side streets major streets, noise pollution disrupts our community’s quality of life.
